How CMS works
The platform covers the full conference lifecycle — proposal, call for papers, submission, double-blind peer review, decisions, camera-ready, payments, and publication. Pick your role below to see what to do.

Create an account
Register with your academic email at Sign Up, or accept an email invitation if a chair or organiser invited you. Google Sign-In is also supported.
Find a conference
Browse open calls under Conferences. Each conference page lists tracks, deadlines, fees, submission guidelines, and links to the official website and Call for Papers.
Direct submission links
Conferences share a direct link of the form /c/<conference-id>. Opening it takes you straight to the submission form for that conference — after signing in, if needed. The login page shows the conference name and logo so you know you are in the right place.
rate_reviewFor Reviewers
Get assignments
Track chairs assign papers to you, or you can bid on papers in your area when bidding is open. Declare any conflict of interest before accepting.
Write reviews
Reviews are double-blind by default and use a structured scoring form — originality, quality, clarity, relevance — plus a recommendation and confidential comments to the chair.
Deadlines & extensions
Your dashboard shows all review deadlines. If you need more time, request a deadline extension from the assignment view.
account_treeFor Track Chairs & Meta Reviewers
Run your track
Monitor submissions in your track, check plagiarism/similarity reports, and assign reviewers from the pool or by invitation.
Drive decisions
Once reviews are in, the decision engine synthesises scores and meta-reviews into an accept/reject recommendation. Record the decision and authors are notified automatically.
Quality oversight
Meta reviewers resolve score discrepancies and write synthesis reviews; TPC members monitor conference-wide progress dashboards.
event_availableFor Organisers
Request a conference
Dashboard → New Conference Request walks you through basics (title, venue, dates, logo, website, Call for Papers link), tracks, deadlines, budget, and fees. Platform admins review requests within 3–5 business days.
Promote your CFP
Every conference gets a public page and a direct submission link (/c/<conference-id>) you can embed in your Call for Papers, emails, and social posts — authors land directly on the submission form, with your conference logo shown at sign-in.
Operate the cycle
Manage tracks and deadlines, invite chairs and reviewers, watch venue health dashboards, and archive proceedings when the conference completes.
