Privacy Policy
Effective · July 1, 2026 · Version 2.x
1. Information we collect
CMS stores account, conference, manuscript, review, and operational data required to run conference workflows and preserve auditability.
2. How we use information
We use data to operate submission, review, scheduling, registration, publication, authentication, and support processes within the platform.
3. Role-based access
Access is constrained by conference and role scope. Public marketing surfaces expose only the metadata intentionally published by organisers.
4. Retention
Conference records remain available for the publication and archival lifecycle required by the event operator, unless contractual deletion is requested.
5. Security posture
CMS uses authenticated APIs, scoped access control, transport security, and operational logging to protect conference data.
6. Third-party services
Email, storage, authentication, hosting, and analytics providers may process limited data as infrastructure sub-processors.
7. Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the operating team through the public contact address.
