1. Acceptance of terms
Using CMS means you agree to the platform terms, the policies set by the conference operator, and all role-based workflow rules attached to your account.
2. Accounts and access
Users must keep credentials secure and may only access conferences, roles, and materials explicitly granted to them.
3. Conference content
Conference operators are responsible for the metadata, CFPs, fees, and public copy they publish through the platform.
4. Submission and review conduct
Authors, reviewers, and chairs must use the system in accordance with conference ethics, confidentiality, and double-blind review requirements.
5. Payments and registration
Registration and payment records reflect the policies configured by the conference operator and do not replace local legal or financial obligations.
6. Service availability
CMS is operated on a best-effort production basis with operational safeguards, but temporary interruptions and maintenance windows may occur.
7. Contact and enforcement
Violations, disputes, and policy questions may be addressed by the conference operator or the platform operating team as appropriate.
